Return and Refund Policy for Baqueteros Macizos

Thank you for shopping with Baqueteros Macizos. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the terms below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is not approved (due to damage, signs of use, missing packaging, etc.), we may either:

  • Return the item back to you, or

  • Issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
