Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Issues

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at baqueterosmacizos21@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Baqueteros Macizos OR Straddlerz Co. LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
